    Default new key and opcom

now i have conflicting information and don't know which is correct, i need a new key for my vec 2004 3 button key fob required.

some people say you just need OPCOM but i've read else where that it's not possible and it's vauxhall only to do it

Can be done with opcom but you do need a virgin key.

I've been looking to get a spare on for myself and you can buy virgin fobs on the bay and get the key cut if you have your codes but they are extremely hard to come by. I think in the end I'll just go to the stealers and get mine.
