confused Upper control arm price, quick help needed

    Hi Guys,

I just rang the dealers to see if they had any upper control arm's in stock for the signum, the drivers side needs replacing. (pulling on the top of the wheel you can hear and feel it knocking)

I have seen them online between £30-35, the dealer just quoted £84 and its an order in part, is that right?

or have I asked for the wrong thing?

    Thanks for any help,
    Dave

Buy them from EuroCarParts - athey're a good compromise between price/quality.

Baring in mind the Vx ones go after such low mileage I would also suggest going for some aftermarket OEM quality ones

I did around 8k ago and still a nice tight rear end

They are easy enough to fit yourself too so don't go paying labour prices... seriously they are really quite easy I think there is a how2 on here?!

The pair I took off the last time had a date stamp of 2003 on them and looked like they had covered 90k. Thats the reason I have a pair of vx ones to fit
