    Default Extra elec cables?

    Hello All,

    i have just changed my arm rest to a arm rest with vents "not finished as need too put a pipe through too get the air flow" however when i was doing this i noticed two extra cables with connections...does anyone what they are for? pic 2 follow soon once i found a website i can use to upload.

    They'll be the plugs for the heated rear seat switches mate - check the how2 guide to confirm but I bet one is green and the other's brown... ;-)

    You might get a 12V supply from them mate - turn the ignition on and test the wires on the plug. They'd normally have to be tech2'd on though so I wouldn't get your hopes up...

    You'll need to put more than a pipe through bud. Dash out and replace the air handling unit to get air to the rear im afraid

    In the area under the gear stick surround/cover? If you are getting air in there your lucky. A few of us have tried but with no luck. I added the pipe right up to the air handling unit between the gear stick and handbrake but nothing coming from the handling unit. Not worth removing the dash to change the unit imo

    Yeah its not a very strong air flow though not sure if it will be much use.. Ill have a look 2moz and keep ya posted
