    Default 2.0 turbo whistling over 3500 revs

    Dez says it might be cause of remap and airbox mods any more thoughts?

    well lets give them a bit more info shall we otherwise its very ambiguous

    a remapped 2.0T with holes drilled into the air box ...smaller turbo spooling at higher revs

    sounds similar to an open filter system when fitted around/above 4.K revs

    and there is no loss of power or eml on to suggest an air leak

    show some pics of the airbox and what you did to it.. I did mine and had no problems..

    Mine whistles a bit too and it's become more noticeable since I drilled it. Only does it at high revs though, so I've always just put it down to more air being sucked in fast through the drillholes.

    Drilled it same as ians air box quite a few large holes on front and side

    Is it like a high pitched whistle Ian above 3500-4000 revs
