Thumbs down Literally had my car two weeks and.. :(

Some f**ker has keyed it and made a right mess

It's a black 06 design signum, (will put pics on eventually)
and I've been like a kid with a new toy, changing bulbs tinting the glass etc etc
but I work in a really scummy part of Manchester and someone has keyed the hell out of my chrome trims (under the window glass)

I've looked around on eBay tonight trying to find, but signum parts don't seem to come up that much and I don't know if the vectra ones would fit?

The only other thought I had was maybe getting them wrapped in black to hide it, but god knows how much that would cost
i'm proper gutted you can't have anything nice

any advice wud be great thanks

Sorry to hear that dude, there are some scumbags about. It happened to my mate on thursday, picked up a brand new c4 grand picasso in black on the wednesday went to sainsburys on thursday came out and someone had keyed it front to back passenger door....

Just buy some 3m film (carbon effect or matt/gloss black) from ebay and wrap em yourself. Just need hair dryer, scissors and a craft knife. Oh and a steady hand haha.

Bar stewards, feel for you mate. Jealousy is an ugly trait! Are you able to try and polish out with some decent metal polish?? Autosol I've used in the past on chrome.
Hope you get it sorted soon fella

Seems to be a lot of incidents involving cars this week, knicked, damaged, all sorts. Never have understood what the cretins get out of it. Hope you can get it sorted.

Was it just on the trims? If so are you sure someone did not try to break into it?

Thanks guys, I'm gunna ring a wrapping place today cos I'm terrible with that sort of thing lol,
I think they are too deep to polish mate as I can get a fingernail in them but you may tell me different
and I'm not sure if they were trying to break in it's just down one side both trims and just looks like mindless damage
    grr!
Will let you guys know how much the wrapping place quotes!
