    Default Grrrr Parking Fine

So came back from work to find a letter from parking eye management. Fine for £120.
Basically 2 weekends ago I went to pick my daughters up from a hotel in stratford-upon-avon as they were at a wedding with their mum, got there a bit early (16:43) so sat in the car waiting, not actually in a car parking space as car park was full so had to block someone in. met girls at 17:05, about to leave and was blocked in by a hotel guest while they checked in so eventually left at 17:17.
They obviously clocked me on a camera entering and leaving car park, so have no knowledge they I wasn't actually "parked in a space".
Needless to say I will be appealing this, what are my chances??
Spoke to hotel and they were useless, "not out problem we don't know what the company does, car park is outsourced"

Not what I needed first day back after holiday.....sorry for the rant, ****** hate car parking fines!!!!

Don't bother appealing, they'll tell you you need to pay anyway.

I promise you 100% that if it is Parking Eye it'll be unenforceable. They'll send you threatening letter after threatening letter, but that's all they can do. Only Councils and the Police have the authority to fine you, these scammers don't.

And the funny thing is they can't prove it was you who was driving, and you're not obliged to tell them either.
