    Vehicle : Facelift Insignia/Corsa D

    Trim : LE/VXR

    Engine : 2.0 cdti/1.6 Turbo

    Year : 13/07

    Default

Why put a diesel box in it? The lower half of all of the Vecs/signums (exept the VXR) are the same. The only differences are the way the pipes point on the top. For example the cdti's turbo is on the front of the engine so the pipe goes to the front where as the dti has the turbo at the back of the engine therefore the pipe goes to the back and iirc the 2.0t petrol goes to the back too

Do the air box mod (removing the plastic restriction funnel from the bottom of the air box) and go for the panel filter

Open the filter box, remove the panel filter and it's obvious when you see it.

Look at the underside of the filter and where all the dirt is / is not and you will see why

Personally, I didn't notice the slightest bit of difference, but many swear by it.
