cd 70 delay

hi fitted a cd 70 and colour display, put the areil in the hole on the dash but what i,ve noticed is a delay when passing the road ends with the display not quite so bad when scale is set to 250 yards and when its counting down with the bar at the side i,m at the turn off before its at the last block. i,ve treid 2007/8 and 2009/10 and 2010/11 discs the best being the last one the same when the voice tells you to turn usually right along side the turn and sometimes about 2 metres past it, are all the same ?

i would guess you may need to relocate your gps antennae so it can better signal

i thought in the midle of the dash would be the best place it connects in about a minute

some have fed them through to nearer the wheel arch to get a better signal..

i have just paid £40 for the head unit and colour display from the local scrap yard with code just hope it works when i fit it

are you using a Fakra antennae?

it takes time to learn the first time.. up to 50 miles.. it will become more and more acurate..

found out the problem the second gps antena has just packed up getting a signal then losing it and when i put my hand over it when locked its away again this is what i,ve ordered is it ok http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...E:L:OC:GB:1123
