box looks tatty, but pads still have the writing on and if they had been fitted you wud see some score marks, id say new...

well i have left them in the shed for a while and the yes the box is tatty but the wrapper is still tight on the pads, i sold them and now im stuck in aggruement with buyer telling me they are used as the red coating is missing from the pads! these are 4 - 5 years old mind and i never fitted them to my car, as i took it of the road for a year and a 1/2 and sold it recently, but found the pads and decided to sell unwanted items.

You can see that the pad is still wrapped. If you enlarge it and look at the bottom right corner, you can see the wrapper is torn slightly. I wouldn't have any hesitation in determining they were new and unused mate.

thanks for the posative feed back, i just hope ebay see it this way too as the buyer is making a right song a dance about this !

i know things change and designs too, so it is a possabity that these pads didnt come with the coating his on about due to being a older design, i did what to ring ebc to confirm this but i cant find a number.

sorry to bring up again, but i now have to refund to buyer and he is sending me the pads back unwrapped and quite possable used. how do i sue ebay as they have made this desision, and i cant sell a set of pads used which i sold as new .

ebay should not have refunded anything until you had the pads back in your possession as the buyer may not send them back also if they are sent back with normal post then there is nothing to say you never got them back,the buyer must send them back recorded delivery

thanks for the reply, i dont understand ebay lately, the photo shows them sealed. the bloke starts getting funny with me on messages and then we have 10 days to sort it, if no luck after that ebay has 3 days to sort it but to my suprise they did it in 8 hours an they told me they never looked at the advert before they sent me the email saying had to refund him! personaly i think te buyers has found out they are no good to him and he hasnt looked up the part number which i give on the ad, i have thought about just ending my ebay account beacause of this as if i sell things and a buyer complains, i will loose every time.

i had this problem sold a set of lights off my veccy, they said the items were faultyl and found in favour of the buyer.

the lights got sent back they were damaged when returned, i filed this to ebay and they found in my favour.

sometimes you have to do the dance i'm afraid, some good some ****e buyers out there, and seemingly getting worse
