Default Anyone heard of a dealer doing this?

Just spoke to my local dealer, I asked them if they had any trouble fitting disks/pads that I had bought through the Trade Club or did I have to buy them through them, I know, sily question but some places are really anal about it.
I was told that I didn't need to buy them through the tradeclub, if I presented my trade club details when I booked it in they would give me the trade club prices anyway.
Anyone heard of dealers doing this before?
I can get all four disks and all the pads changed for £232 including labour, that doesn't sound too bad.

I have never had any problem paying for parts and then fitted separately
More recently, had parts from Stirling delivered to Linwood and they were fitted there
Disadvantage is two invoices, but the advantage is the separate discount savings

For my own car the dealership will arrange both together, but I have to pay separately but this is not an issue as the Parts Department and Service Department are next to each other

What they will NOT do, is fit third party parts

I do this with my local dealer. I supply parts they fit. As the parts are only £100 + vat trade club . or is the trade club discount you get not the same as proper trade club. Take them to your local tyre fitters as them to fit even cheaper.
