    hi all how would i know if my timing is out on my 1.9 cdti what symptoms would i have ???

    On your CDTi? I just read the first bit and thought "when you get your face slapped".
    Thought the timing was all set and sensor monitored/ controlled, unless the belt breaks or slips? What makes you think it is?

    engine has recently had all injectors tested one replaced and coded . flywheel and cluch . fuel pump . intercooler . long list i know but now the car has started vibrating while driving very bad at times and while the car is ideling it sounds like its missfireing put your foot down and it will make a rattle diesel knock apparently thats as much info i can give you the power is there it pulls like a train .
