So following on from This_Thread i have now been going to the gym on a daily basis, started of easy of the 1st week, eating sensibly, 2nd week, i have mainly been on chicken, cauliflower and broccoli, which i hate, i have also started taking whey/protein supplements,
I now cycle 20km a day at the gym, and then do the programme they set out for me
To date , i have lost 1 stone 1lb in (2 weeks)
So onwards and upwards !!!!
