Hello,
I would like to buy new (used) car and I found this advertisement.
I haven't any experiences with Opel so is it a good offer?
Thank you very much, Petr.

It's difficult for people in Britain to advise you whether it's a good price, as we don't know what the market conditions are like in the Czech Republic. The advertisement is in Czech, which makes it hard to understand; however what I can say is that 2.0T is an excellent engine, unless it has not been looked after. I have deduced that the tacho reading on the car is 160,000 km which is a little high, but not enough to worry about for that engine. Make sure that the Dual Mass Flywheel isn't making a noise, as that is something that can give trouble at that level of tacho reading.
Yes, I know, but thanks for advice with flywheel. And what perhaps turbo, cam chain (tensioner) and so on? Have Vectra any other type of problems? Like electronic malfunction or so?
At a glance:
Model year: 2006
Miles: 104 000
Price: £6500
I need car for only two years (15 000 miles) so I don't want invest more money to repairs and so I don't know, which car select. Vectra, Mondeo, V70, Mazda 6 or other wagon? Petrol only.
Thank you very much.
The turbo, chain and tensioner are usually very reliable if the oil has been changed at the correct times. If the DMF is not worn, then you should easilly get another 30.000 miles from it without major expense.
One more question. What is the price for DMF in GB? I found only one dealer in Czech Republic - £840 :/
Does that include the labour charge to fit it?
No, £840 for flywheel only. Withnout labour charge, clutch, bearing and so on.
Very expensive! At that price, it would be cheaper to have the parts shipped from the UK!!

As a guide, I put in 'vectra, 1.9, 2006' and it came in around £250 excluding tax and just for the flywheel only. They also ship internationally. Listed as £366 for changing that to 2.0 petrol.
Are cars expensive in Prague?
£6700 buys a low mileage (40,000) late 2007 1.9 150 diesel as a guide... and that's from a dealer

Wow, it is big difference in price! Thanks for link.
I mean that cars not expensive in Prague, but fl. Vectra 2.0t Caravan is scarce goods. In Czech Republic are only two Vectra 2.0t and both have same price and I can't have diesel car because I ride every day 6 miles to work and all of way is in the city. So 2.0t is only way, because 1.8l is very weak for this car and 2.2l have some problems and come with poor equipment.
