2.8 V6 Oil

Can someone tell me what type of engine oil I should be using in a 2.8 V6 Vectra, I have tried searching the forum but have had no luck

vectra VXR - i think its 0W30 fully synthetic?

It is an Elite not a VXR if that makes any differance

According to TIS 5w30 fully synth as already mentioned but during my last service I went for 5w40 Competition Full Synthetic and will do a more regular oil change.
