Id have a problem with my car and the people at Opel/Vauxhall cant find the solution.
I did have alot of problems with it last year and Id get a completely new DPF, EGR and pressure valve and it did run without any problems until recently.
the problem is that after a regen it will go on the lamp program and the yellow lights turn on the dashboard. This happens every time at 300-400km.
it will be on the lamp program until 1200-1400km and the regen happens.
after a regen the yellow light is of and the car runs perfect again and then after 300-400 it all starts over again.
Vauxhall says that the pressure valve measures a too high pressure but the tech2 tester says that the DPF is only about 50% full ?!?!?!?!
Vauxhall says that the pressure valve is ok and the pipe where the pressure valve is attach is not blocked. ?!?!
Vauxhall dont know what to do and this is the 3. time they have it.
the only thing that Vauxhall did is that they did take it out on a drive with the tech2 tester on the car until it did a regen and then after the regen they used the tester to "cheating" the car to think it did get a new pressure valve. Vauxhall did say that it then would find out how long it was in the DPF program but after 300-400km it start all over again ?!??!?!
Vauxhall says that its out off the DPF program and that it only happens if the battery has been taken off within 5 min after the keys has turn off the engine. Because the control box must have 5 min. to store the information about how long there is to a new regen ?!!??!!?!!?
please help... and no the car do not have a power chip
sorry my english
