    Default VXR Service

Since my power upgrade back in March 2011 I've since done 3147 miles.

In those miles I've also been round Silverstone, Castle Combe, Stratford Raceway and the odd burnout.

So I figured the VXR was due for an oil change today

Nice and fresh now ready for the next phase of fun

Anyone else dishing out the TLC today?

I tried but discovered it's too low to fit up the car ramps, even with a thick piece of wood to drive up first. However I have washed it and waxed it with a new pot of AG HD Wax. Did the neighbours for her too. She has a bad back so it's only ever seen the cheapo drive through car wash. Washed it with AG shampoo, gave it a quick go over with AG Super Resin Polish and then a nice layer of HD wax on top. Mine got the same apart from the polish.

Add Rain-X to that too on both cars.

Got the house to myself for the next 5 days so after doing those two I'm treating myself to a curry tonight.

I had planned to start sprucing mine up and doing a wee bit paint correction with machine polisher ready for getting vec up for sale but
SWMBO had other ideas and a 'quick' trip down to the shops for 1 item led to a 4 hr shopping spree.

Might do something this evening tho.
