    Default Door pull refurb?

    Hey everyone

    Does anyone know of a way to try and refurb the door pulls as the coating around them has rubbed off and they're looking a bit tatty!

    anyone have any ideas?

    You try wrapping it. Carbon fibre wrap is very common and looks extremely well with the vectra interior but there a a load of different ones you could try to suit your fancy. And it means in future it wont peel like that.

    Ooooh, do you have a link for the actual stuff I need? Does it only cover the handle or go around the window switches too?

    The window switches will pop out with a screwdriver and so will the cover at the front of the door panel where the switches are. Just put a thin screwdriver down the gap at the top of the handle and pull it away. There's a clip there too but it'll come off. Window switches are the same. Just use a screwdriver to prise the whole unit out, take it apart then you can wrap the scratched parts of the switch housing too without the buttons being in the way.

    Something like this would do the job and the 3M stuff is very good.

    Awesome! Cheers for that mate... might have to invest in some, it does look pretty smart but it'll make it look pretty tidy!

    The bit that is damaged just unclips i got one from the scrappy for a pound. I have an old one if its drivers side that has couple of scuffs but no where near as bad you could have for free if you want it

    Edit just looked at pic again and mines is for the other side
