Alarm problems

I've changed three sirens, and now the detector by the rear view mirror, but alarm still goes off and just says "check the alarm sensor" on the computer screen.
HELP

Have you had the fault codes read?

Yes....my Vauxhall dealer said their machine told them it was the siren, but at over £120 for them to change I bought two off ebay to try !!!!

Are they brand new, or untested 2nd hand units?

They are untested secondhand units.....but surely they don't all break do they???
The car is a 5 door hatch......it doesn't like me trying to double lock the doors either, it usually sets the alarm and horns off straight away.
Is there an alarm control box anywhere on the car that does all the work?
The message on the computer just keeps telling to check the sensor wnenever I turn the ignition on,

try rear screen, it has a security wire running through it. my last vec had tints put on and i wasnt happy wiv the rear screen one so told them to change it, they did and whilst removing the rear tint it damaged the security wire, need a new rear screen....
