Default It's my own fault lol

If i hadn't been so lazy
The wife and i had a little boy 11 weeks ago and i always new when he arrived i would be demoted to the wife's corsa...........1.2 sxi but she needs my lovely big vectra to get the wee fella and all that goes with them around, so i bought rear parking sensors to help out but i never got round to fitting them and tonight when i get home.... the wife's waiting on the door step and i think, aye aye what's happening here when she annonces "i'm so sorry i didn't see the wall" so now iv'e got a nice chunk out my back bumper, never mind these things happen. The poor wife has been panicking all day worried about how i would react as she knows how often the car gets washed and polished. No point getting worked up lol felt bad for the wife lol.

Now to go get those parking sensors fitted
    and fix me bumper lol

Lol, this now might give me a chance to modify my car is only a sxi but i wonder if this may work as the damage is low down, approx 2" up from the unpainted rear skirt if you follow. I was thinking this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VAUXHALL-V...item3cb68c5aa3

But as i have the sxi rear bumper and not the sri i thought i may need this too................. oh had a look on ebay but i cant find the trim that goes on the lower part of the sri bumper that has either 1 or 2 exhaust outlets moulded into it. I thought there would be plenty of them, maybe the sri rear bumper is all one piece?

Does anyone think this would work if what i'm trying to say is making any sense

I've got one of those skirts on an SRi bumper. As copies go it's pretty damn good! Just a bit of a pain to fit. You will need to change to an SRi bumper though. The insert can be changed to either a VXR one or a single/twin pipe one. Just a case of taking out the clips and using a bit of brute force. Unfortunately the normal bumpers are different to the SRi ones and you'll need to change the bumper first before changing the insert and fitting the skirt.

This picture shows the bit i was thinking of but now looking at it i think it would be more work than i first thought, if that part came with no exhaust pipe moulding on the left side it may work
