So, I sold the Vectra-B yesterday, and I must admit it was a very very reluctant sale and on a different day, I wish didnt have to sell.

I have got to say that my Vec-B SRI 2.2 DTI 130 of 3 years has been the best car I have had. FACT! It will be sorely missed.

When the chap drove off in it, my 3 year old son got a little upset, soo cute!

ANYWAY........Onwards & Upwards - BRING ON THE SIGNUM!!!!

Yep, I finally get to tax it and drive it.
Hopefully I will have it taxed tomorrow once the insurance papers come through.

Ahhh fella I know how u feel I loved my vec b gsi and still miss it now but u now have the new car look forward too and enjoy

when you update this when you have been driving the Signum for a week it will be why did I not do it earlier but know what you mean what Signum did you get?

Funny how we get so attached to our cars, especially when they have served us well.
I'm with MarkJ23, drive the siggy for a couple of weeks. You'll still miss the "B", I still miss my Omega, but you'll be busy getting used to the new one.

I took the Siggy for a sneaky drive last night (ON AN OFF ROAD TRACK TRANSPORTED BY A TRUCK), and I was surprised how comfortable the half leather seats were. They felt as though they held me in place more than the seats in an SRI.

Oh and its a 2.2 DTI DESIGN.

Had the MOT today, flew through! TAX tomorrow. If I manage to get it tomorrow, will try to get a couple of "on the road" pictures.

I don't miss my Omega V6.... stupid coil pack stuck down the back of the engine where the heat kills it and you can't get to it... an hour to change the spark plugs.... blocked breathers blowing the cam cover gaskets. Replaced it with a 2.0T Signum 3 years ago and never looked back.
