Default What Kinda Oil For My GTI ?

Have Asked On The Pug Forum That I Am On But Got Conflicting Ideas...Plus They Aint As Friendly/Knowledgeable As You Lot Are

Got Told That Total Quartz Is The Oil For The GTI...But Somebody Said To Get 7000 10w40...And Another Said To Get 9000 5w40...Another Guy Said To Get Shell Helix Ultra 5W40

    Anybody Any Ideas ?

    Cheers Guys
