Question Painting probs, bumper plastics - paint cracking

I have been doing some work on a bumper for the vec and keep getting issues when i start to spray it. Its all sanded back washed down with white spirit and wiped throughly with a clean cloth. Then if I spray it with with a plastic primer or plastic filler primer some areas get a crazed cracking soon after, an effect like dried out mud..

Now i have googled it but find statement like incorrect flash time.. I have never had this problem before using these same products.. can anybody shed any light on what i need to do to stop this happening again..

no mate... its not been painted yet so not been polished.. the area of concern is a new splitter which I have moulded onto the bottom of the bumper to make it seamless.. It has been sanded back countless times but keeps on cracking.

what have you done to blend the spoiler in. if theres say tiger seal it could be reacting with that. or is it the spoiler it self thats reacting? if its the spoiler it could be theres a film on the spoiler from the mould.
