Default Struggling to start after re-fuelling

Ever since i got my GSI about a month ago everytime i re-fuel the car struggles to start, i takes a couple of turns of the key with some revs before it fires. After that there is no problems whatsoever to start, just initially after fueling. Anyone else have similar issues or know what the problem could be?

When was the last time the car had a new fuel filter/ sevice fella I'd try that 1st could also be a blocked vent hose. Does the fuel tank cap whoosh when u take it off?

It had a full service & timing belt kit done just 2 weeks before i bought it, although the service could have just been oil. When i do take the cap off i have heard that "woosh" noise you mention. The best way i can descibe it is asif there's air in the system, also not i never let it drop below 1/4 of a tank before re-fueling.
