    Default Brake pad warning light

    Hi all,

    Twisted brake pads sensor wires as said in howto (Brake Pad Sensor Quick Fix) , but warning light still light up. Any ideas?

    Car: Signum 2003.

    Might be a silly question but did you strip the insulation back on the two inner wires before twisting them together?

    Yes, of course. Also tried to put paper clip into connector and shorten contacts.

    i assume this is on the ns/f?

    try removeing the link cable between the sensor wire and the harness on the car and put ya paper clip in there to see if it goes out. not sure which pins tho. should be 4?????? i think????

    as had a problem with my abs sensor and it was the link wire inbetween that was shot

    Tried all possible variants. Nothing helps. Decided to cut out the connector from the car and twisted wires together (yelow and brown). No result. Still have warning light.
