where to start with a 1.9cdti 150?

I'm collecting a 57 plate 1.9cdti 150 sri on thursday evening and I'd quite like to get stuck into tweaking asap. Before any tweaking starts I'll be cleaning the EGR & boost sensor & running a can of 10K through the engine and the obligatory 'airbox mod' but after that, I don't know what to get on with? I want to add HIDs before the nights draw in but apart from that I'm open to suggestions. Anyone got recommendations for tuning, modding etc?....

It's quite a low mileage car... I might consider, if you're not going to ditch the EGR, dumping the crankcase vent, so the manifold has dry soot, not soot plus oil vapour = black snot...

As mentioned (I think) earlier - mas performance for a remap - other members have sung thier praises. Can also map out the EGR, so you can ditch the CCV, blank the EGR, keep the manifold nice and snot-free and shove a few more ponies under the bonnet. Get you up to the V6 power without too much bother. How's the new motor, anyway? Like?
