    Default HP fuel pump

    Hi anyone know anybody that will/can/has refurbish a high pressure fuel pump for a 2.2 Direct, got a problem with it when it gets hot thinking of removing the plastic engine shroud anyone else tried this?

    What's the problem mate
    Vectra vxr custome remaps egr deletes dpf and diagnostic work all remaps are custome bench tuning avalible all genuine equipment PM for info

    Its normaly a rubber pump flange that rips their is a thread on repair but don't know how to find it. Try the search

    nice how2 just need to find out where henry got the diaphram from

    my problem is when the fuel pump gets hot it packs up so Im assuming from that I have a leaking diaphram and have lost the internal oil and something is sticking untill it cools down

    I had the same problem as you in december last year dude...... Everytime car got hot (stuck in traffic) spanner light would come on and within a few minutes no power at all. Leave it over night and fine again till got hot..

    Turned out to be the fuel pressure regulator in my case.

    I had a new regulator yesterday but got advised it will go again until I get pump sorted
