v6 brake fitment

can anyone confirm if calipers from a 2001 vectra v6 will fit an 07 sri?? and what is the disc size??

2001? Is that a Vec-C or B? If B, then no. If C, then they'll fit your SRi, but "SRi" in itself doesn't tell you what size brakes it has - the disks and caliper size depends on engine, not trim levels. If the SRi brakes are currently smaller then you'll need to change the caliper carriers, disks and pads and not just the caliper.

You have the 285mm front disks then. Assuming the GSi calipers are from a Vec-C, then they'll be the 302mm disks (they switched to 314 on the later GSi's), so you'll also need the carriers/disks/pads.

There's a set of 302 Disks and pads for sale in the For sale section at a very good price, ideal for a spare set for future use.

as it was not on EPC when I looked it up

they may not be labelled as 302's but there will definitely be a chassis breakpoint on the listing
