Default oooh got an Insignia to play with

My Veccy has finaly gone off to the shop to have the rear bumper repaired after a kind lady reversed into it. They will also finish off my Front V in Black Sapphire to match (I have done all the prep work for it). Can't wait!

For the mean time I have a 1.8 SRi Insignia.

Now I was not a fan of the body shape but its now growing on me after having this for the day. My son loves the electric seats and bluetooth hands free phone, which he insisted on trying out quite a few times

Have to say it drives really well so far.

I had one like this with the 1.8 for a couple of weeks last year. Loved the car, although the gear change was very heavy in traffic I found. Along with the 1.8 having no power or torque, and the diesels apparently not being that economical, I'd have to say I'd only have one if I can afford to run the 2.8 Auto Elite...

    Or one of these...

Off to bed soon but looking forward to 96 mile round trip to work and back tomorrow.

Can't nick the pedals though as my car is in a shop and I can't get to it

I'll be stop start on the M25 tomorrow so that will be a good time to see how the gears changes are etc.

All in all though, a very nice car so far. Time will tell

But for half the price almost, you can have the standard Elite, although there aren't any estates on there at the moment...
