    Smile my hid kit has landed

    Well I finally came home and found my hid had been deliverd
    It came with 5000k bulbs ballast cancellers and bulb holder from hid direct
    Now I tryed my old kit well on of the ballests and bulb other day the bulb didn't stay inside the headlights 2007 facelift the bulb holders do I use them n how as the bulb just pushes in that is right ain't it or is there sumit am not doing right

    You need the holders thst are supplied with the kit mate u can use the old ones but it means cuttin a notch to slide the wires in

    Didn't no it had a holder in the car as all I did was take the cap off and pulled the bulb slighly and it came out how you mean cutting a notch for.wires to slide

    face lift dont have bulb holders ... you just push to fit - if you find they pop back out you might need to "tweak" the holder pins to make them retain the tension

    yep with a a small screwdriver or a very small set of needle nose pliers the retainer need to be pressed beck towards the front of the headlight to make it "tight" on the fitting ... its generally one thats weakened from the bulb being removed so it might look out of place compared to the others ... easier if you drop the bumper off .. remove the headlights so you can see what your doing and then you can use the purpose slot underneath the headlight for your ballasts too

    Hmmm hope all go well for me doing it lol don't want t drop bumper as I will break sumit I always do not good at things like that cheers for the info

    Yes, I fitted the cancellers to mine and there was no problems. Without them I got the bulb out warning on the dash.
