Default Swirl Bar Tap Washer Mod

B&Q have changed their supplier of these washers. Does anyone know where these can be obtained from. Also I have about 4m/m of crud on the top of the manifold. Am I correct in thinking that the valves are leaking and is worth proceeding ?

    TIA
    Dave

Tried that but the inside diameter isn't listed by any of the sellers, its important that it's 3m/m, not sure if thats the standard. I will quiz a plumber tomorrow.

    Default put on

I used a piece of solid copper wire through the hole in the bar to lower it into the area then after lining up each flap used the handle end of a screwdriver to tap it into place gently before removing the wire from the hole. ps i used the upturned numberplate cap fix not the washer one and it seems to be ok (500 miles now since fix)
