Default Anyone have tips on removing front bumper on facelifts?

I am going to service the car tomorrow, and while I am waiting for the oil to drain, I shall be attempting to take the bumper off to try and find a place for my HID ballast, as where it is now is not ideal ( jammed in between the air box and the wing, and it is stopping me adjusting the headlamp).
Apologies if the is a how to on this, but I couldnt find one?

Undo 4 bolts in the front wheel arches. Undo the 4 bolts under the bonnet on the slam plate, remove the plastic retainers under the car on the plastic plate which attaches to the bumper then wiggle and jiggle and off it comes.. .unclip the fog lights and its completely off.

    Or just follow this:

sorry? dont understand, the studs have pins in them? where, and how do you get at them? I may just try and drop the front I only need access to the base of teh headlamps to see if there is room for the ballast.

tried that mate, no room under air box which is why I had to mount it at the side, problem is it stopping any adjustment of the headlight, and my MOT is due next month, so I got to move it.
