    confused question about hid

    I have fitted them before in a 206 dead easy but what the vectra facelift like I looked about the engine bay and not much room I couldnt even remove the standerd bulb is there away to do this I don't and wont remove the bumper as something will go wrong as it always does lol

    See the how to section there is a write up, no need to remove the bumper.

    The easiest way is to remove the bumper and the neatest way.

    The removal of the front bumper gives you more room and you can also make the wiring neater plus you can put the ballast box under the headlight in the slot provided.

    Standard bulbs can be a pain to get out,there is small push clips built in to light holder ,some times you need to use a pair of pliers to remove, remove air box on drivers side and washer bottle spout on n/side, open battery cover, put n/side ballast in battery tray or if you have slim hands stick to inside of wing , do the same on drivers side, neat and tidey, on facelift under headlights there is space for the ballasts but you need to remove the units. Took me about 30 mins to install . the other thing i did was to cable tie all the joints,sorry no photos of my install

    Cheers how does the washer thing come off tryed pulling it nothing moved

    this will help me i need to change a bulb on the drivers side took the airbox of the other day for a look that sides easy it was the passenger that was the problem hopefully removing the washer spout will allow my large hands in
