Default ring xenon max headlight bulbs opinion?

I currently have a set of 10pound ice blue headlights in that are some cheap make, and are like two candles, although they do what they say on packet which is produce blue light, more of a style bulb than performance! But night time driving is a pain, if ive got someone close behind me, i can see a shadow of my car infront of me! Is that not sign.of a good bulb???? So yea quite dim id say. Anyway i carnt be bothered wi the hid route so looking at buying more bulbs. The ring xenon max bulbs say, they give brite white light and 100% more light than a normal bulb. Has anyone tried these?? Maybe a branded performance bulb is what i need.?? Opinions and any reviews welcome

Well im not technically minded, and will end up throwing the kit down the street! It took me 2 hour to change a normal bulb! Some people say hids need tech2 or bulb warnings will be on ect
