Angry chain rattle with z20net tensioner fitted.

My 2.2 direct is rattling again in the morning and sounds very tinny, new chain kits fitted by VX which included the net tensioner. The car is now on it's third set of chains, having been replaced at 72k 2 years ago by VX and again this year 86k' ish 6 months ago.
So my question to you peeps is WTF? what is causing this after 6 months. New oil and filter 5/30s at last change of chains, just changed oil and filter (black as coal) again myself to eliminate that this time using 0-40 mobil 1 new life, my thinking thinner oil from cold may help. seems to be plenty oil at the top end of engine (removed oil cap with enigne running, splashes out). The only thing that comes in to mind is a blocked oil ways, but surely when fitting new chain kits etc you would think that an experienced VX mech would check/ clean these prior to new tensioner/ oil jet?
    Any further thoughts...
obvioulsy i will be paying a visit to VX dealer as work guaranteed 12 months and probably go down the route of incorrect repair/ diagnosis.

I would rarely reccommend to anyone that they should use an engine flush product, but yours may be one the few times the engine may benefit from it.

I did think about that when I changed the oil but then thought what else would it possibly screw up in the process!

Update: Car been back into Vauxhall for a week and half , timing chain kits on back order (not that the 2.2 has an issue with them! ). Anyhow, this is the repair, new timing chain kit, sump off cleaned oil pick up, cleaned through oil ways and a new oil pump (even though oil pressure was ok) all done under warranty . No real reason for failure was given but I'm suspecting a blocked or partially blocked oil jet that wasn't spotted when previous kits fitted.
Started up this morning, first time from cold, not a peep from the chain, I can now drive down the road and not hear my chain rattling back at me from buildings, etc. also seems to be revving smoother.
so it seems the previous mention of engine flushing required wasn't too far from the truth. Thanks.

Ahhh see mine isnt loud, i get a noise very intermittantly in the morning for 1-2 secs ,

I dunno if mine is the chain, Vx said its the regulator as it pulses , had a new HPFP also, snapped spring, so just waiting on the chain to complete my "Issues with 2.2"

When looking around on this site the only noises from cold that peeps seem to complain about on the 2.2 direct is the hydaulic lifters or chain. Talking from experience the lifters are more of a ticking sound and the chain sounds like a skeleton rolling around in a can. Both noises tend to die off within a few seconds (well apart from my chain, but me thinks this is more likely a poor previous repair).
an oil change tends to sort out sticky lilfters, did for me anyway.

Do they just change the chain or the sprockets too as 1.2 Corsa's eat chains unless the sprockets are done at the same time (Like doing a chain and sprocket on a motorbike)
