Can i just replace the lower part or do i have to replace the whole bumper?

New bumper you need a Sri or Vxr if you get a Sri one you still need the Vxr insert and lower skirt

The bumper was complete with the lower spoiler when I bought it.(OPC line)

I have Vectra C OPC Line

I know that I must buy a new twin exhaust system, but this is OK...
