Thread: OPC over Irmscher (I think)

confused OPC over Irmscher (I think)

I think I have decided to go down the OPC rather than Irmscher route for styling as it is more subtle, rarer and only means something to those 'in the know'.

So far I have decided I will do/get the following once the Network Q warranty runs out next year:-

    OPC engine cover.
OPC Blue caliper covers and decals.
    OPC sill protectors.
OPC steering wheel centre spoke cover.
OPC rear 'OPC Line' badge. (may remove the direct badge and put it next to the 2.2 badge, or put it on the left next to the Vectra badge.)

Id like the OPC insert in the gear knob but £130+ odd for the new correct knob is a lot of money.

Maybe a new style VX or Opel or Holden badge for the rear and maybe front.?

What do you all think? Have I missed and obvious OPC styley bits?

Ive done the same dude with my 2.2direct. De badged, have an opel grill badge, opc badge on back, blue calipers. Just ordered my opel wheel centres.
Pay day this month will order the opel opc grill moulding and badge colour coded (bargain from vxrshop). Alloys refurbed and powder coated.

But the inside will have to wait till ive finished the exterior as I want front spoiler and rear valance and custom exhaust. Then I will tackle the inside with opel steering wheel airbag etc....

Gotta tell you Ken that I'm not enthusiast of putting any badges while they dont have a proper meaning

It was yours mate that sort of gave me the inspiration. I saw the photos you posted up last week of thereabouts of the OPC badge of the back of your 2.2 and thought 'hmmmm, now thats an idea' and I then looked about for other OPC bits and it went from there......
