    Default CD70 radio cable?

    Hi folks,
was out looking to fit my new headunit into the veccy, but found no normal radio jack. There's two cables though, one on a white connector and one on a blue connector. Can I cut into either of these and sort my radio out, or do i need an adaptor, or a new ariel?

    Cheers for any advice.

Get a fakra to what ever thats on your new radio..

and its the blue that is for your radio reception (the white is for the satnav)

    Whoa there !!

On my CD70, the radio cable is white and the Sat Nav is Blue..

The sat nav GPS aerial socket, is the blue one nearest to the corner of the radio chassis.

The white socket inboard is the radio RF aerial

Just get a Fakra to standard aerial adapter.

Cheers guys, just as well I've not cut anything up!! I've ordered a fakra to standard adaptor (with amp) so hopefully that should be me sorted, I've aslso ordered an adaptor to try and use the gps antenna to my headunit - fingers cross.

    Thanks again!!
