would you get your windows tinted if it was free??

This may seem a really silly question, but as above... wud you? Or is it chavvy?? My sisters fella is a pro window tinter and the boss has gone away, so he will tint my car for nowt. I was thinking just a light shade 35% tint so it blocks 65% and you can still see in car, but my car is lighting silver and not sure tints go with car colour... i am very picky but its a free job that is usually £165. So wud you take the opportunity given my car colour..? And the other thing that may bother me is the orange heater lines across back window will show more, wud this bother you? Any good pics of light tints appretiated.

Ive got snowflakes and its lowered and sri, so its not like its a bog standard car, i think then it looks abit silly, unless its a range rover vogue! So mite go for it, i cud always get em off if i didnt take to them, wont cost me owt ill just feel ungratfull and silly!

so if plod got their light meter out, they'll either fine you or make you strip the film off at the side of the road, depending how they feel at the time.



IIRC, Vectra windows are already slightly tinted anyway, so for example if they are already manufacture tinted 10%, then you could only tint them a further 20% to still be legal.

Thats only the front windows, i wasnt getting them done at all, the back ones can be as dark as limo
