Default Vectra C 1.8 SRI loseing water

Hi guys i ahve a problem infact a few but the major 1 is my car is looseing water, i would say every few weeks it looses about 4 cm from the filler. I also seem to have bad mpg (average 25mpg on a trip still poor maybe 27mpg), car starts up first time, very quite engine, seems to hesitate at times and performance is up and down tbh as sometimes i put my foot down and car does nothing and sometimes it wants to go but in general id say poor, temp guage sometimes bit dodgy but works most of the time, fan kicks in at 92c,its been like this since i had it a few months ago ive just not had time to look into it.
ive recently changed the spark plugs and cambelt done few thousand miles ago (currently at 115k).

also have a clutch problem that ive just left to see what happens and it seems if i drive the car bit heavy the next day i carnt engage the clutch to put in gear, the clutch feels almost gone, after 15 mins of driving clutch starts to feel normal and i can get into gears more smoothly.
i get some kind of noise on pull off (clutch/gearbox) which i think is because of this clutch problem.if i drive steady clutch operates fine althoigh to me feels like its sticking.
clutch bite point is far down.

any help would be most gratefull

If the clutch comes up after running it may be the brake lining are low, sounds silly but to operate, the brakes have to move further because they work through the same system or the air pump as a small leak which is allowing the pressure to drop while not in use

Strange that as I have problems with brakes they squeal all the time, I've even had them copper greased but still squeal and not very good neither, I'm asuming u do mean the brakes.
