Why don't you contact the people who make the blanking plates that are advertised,and ask them if they can do you one as a one off if necessary?.FELIXX.

Make one or get one made by a fabricators - take the EGR off and take it to the fabricators, explain what you want. They will more than likely do it for a reasonable amount (few pint money).

I made my own for my 1.9cdti using the original gasket as a template

Have a search on the forum.... I have a DTI and from a look a few weeks ago only think you can do it on the CDTI engines....

Oh heck, I hope not as egr's are not cheap ... anyone shed any light on this please ?
