Interior Reading Lights front and rear not working

Hi All,

Just bought my first Vectra-C 08 and the front and rear reading lights don't work unless i open my door???? i have tried to locate the fuse by searching the manual but it does not state which fuse this is covered by.

any help or veiws on whats wrong will be apprecaited

The interior lights are powered by the fuse box in the boot (rec). Check the connection of the ribbon cable to the rec, also check connections on top of the front light unit [remove sunglasses holder/blanking cover and 3 torx screws behind the lense].

Have they been retro fitted, as im sure there not standard on an 08............could be wrong, I often am lol
