dvd headrests?

Are dvd player headrests hard to fit? Obviously the physical headrest itself is quite easy (take the old one out, put the new one in) but what about wiring?

i just took power from the rear cig socket,

Is it an easy install? Something that even I could manage?

Yes just done mine,wired straight to the rear power socket.The hardest part is feeding the wires down the headrest holes.
