    Default cd70 navi fastest time

    does anyone know how to change the setting on the cd70 navi to change it from shortest distance to fastest route its a 2004 but it has the 10/2007 softwear with the latest maps disk any help would be greatful

    start up the sat nav by accepting the if i crash my car while messing about with the sat nav it's my own fault message then press the settings button first option should be the shortest, quickiest, motorway or local roads options.

    found it about 15 mins ago whilst i was sat waiting for the missus to come out of work had a play about even managed to get it so when shirley speaks(sat nav woman we call her shirley) the music goes down and then comes back on i think im just going to spend a good hour or so pressing all the buttons to see what else she can do

    That's what i did when i first got it, some good settings. when on a journey, press the info button in the bottom right hand corner it will tell you your ETA that's pretty spot on when i've used it.
