    hey all
    Anybody here no if the traction control switch would work in my veccy sri 2007

    iirc tc was removed from facelift models unless you had ids+

    Take the blank off and see if there is a connector behind. If there is, borrow a switch to see if it works, if it does, go buy one

    2007 model it is unlikely to work as Vx removed the cabling although the plug may still be there and/or they have removed the TC function altogether from the 2006 models onwards.

    theirs a how to on here somewhere how to turn the tc off without the button by having engine running and quickly switching the ignition off and then on fast enough so the engine doesnt turn off and then tc turns off tried it on a 2003 sri and it worked but havent a clue for a 2007 model but it worth a try then you will not need the button

    If the switch is there and TC is present, as far as I am aware all you need to do is run a feed from the blue plug in the dash where the TC button should go to the ABS module or something - I think.

    I have a 2006 VXR 255bhp with IDS+. And the plug is in the car.. I then bought at switch but its still not working... It missing a wire I thin.

    Yeah the VXR's will have it as they will have the extras as standard like IDS - don't know if they have the ESP though.

    Hmm I will have to take the blank off see if I have got plug knowing my luck won't be or will be but won't work lol
