Aftermarket hid kit fitted on 3.2 V6?

Hi guys,

I asked an ebay seller from UK whether they can 100% guarantee their canbus hid kit can solve the bulb flickering problem.

He said only on some Vectra C he can 100% guarantee but not sure about the Australian version. He also mentioned some Vectra C in the UK have pulse width modulation which means the car has pulsed voltage around the car instead of a constant flow and this causes aftermarket leds to flicker, this is not the case on all Vectra but can be a problem on some models in the Vectra C range.

My Vectra C was built in July 2003 from germany 3.2 V6.
Does anyone has successfully installed a hid kit on 3.2 V6 or know someone had successfully done that?

Talk to your local Holden Garage, im guessing they will have access to the same Tech2 diagnostics equipment as any VX/Opel garage here in Europe. Plenty of member here fitted aftermarket HID's then had them activated Via tech2/opcom etc to stop the flickering when they are turned off.

If I get this tech2 Diagnostic from ebay, can I get the hid option activate myself?

the xenon function can be enabled in the Vectra which should stop the flickering. From what another member has told me they are a bit brighter too - when the flickering is sorted.

I read some other forums and it seems that the xenon headlight option isn't always available in the tech2.
Is that true?
Does someone know when it is available or when it isn't?
How do you actually perform the xenon activiation?
I suppose the usb device will support a few Vx/Opel make cars and you need to choose your year and model, right? Then what do you do next?
