Can put some redex in the tank too. Change the air filter if it's done more than 10k miles / 1 year

1 X can of carb / intake cleaner about £5.
    Ignition key to position 2.
Give 5 / 6 squirts down the intake manifold ( remove boost sensor first and clean in the cap of a coke bottle with some carb cleaner in it)
    Take key out ignition
Refit boost sensor and leave for 30 mins.

Start car and with an helpfull assistant hold revs at 2000 ish and spray a good 10 shots down the pipe from the airbox to the intercooler etc.
