Default Tyre Dust Caps.. Stuck Fast

hi guys , anyone got any ideas.. i bought some of these about 6-8 months ago http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Vauxhall-Class...item3a6404f53d

fitted them and thought no more about it. Car has gone for MOT and service today and the garage rang me to say all went well except the dust caps have welded themselves to the valve and will not budge , he said if he forces them the valve may break.. anyone come across this before

I had similar. Held the valve stem with water pump pliers and undid them with an adjustable. No new valves needed.
