    Default GSi Mods

    I've been searching the forum and have found loads of info about mod's on Th Z32se. Now I can't find any pictures to show how different the VXR intake is different to the standard in take, can it help with the breathing??

    Is there a fuel pressure regulator upgrade??

    Does the Z32 like cone filters or standard airboxes?? My ZLet made didn't like cones.

    I can't find anybody that can offer exhausts ie manifolds, down pipes or decats. I guess it will have to be tailor made down pipes and system. Anybody have any info there?? What sort of systems are people running.

    Next is cams. I know piper do a set but they cost loads. Is there any others??

    I want to get the car fully breathing before I have it remapped. And is there a better tuner to use??

    Any info would be great.

    hagga is the man to speak to when it comes to the GSi he knows his stuff, they have been working on 3.2 manifolds and some fangled gadgets to fool the lambda sensor readings. very good read see if i can find the thread.

    my GSi is running a greencotton open cone and sounds the mutz also a custom quad exhaust from the cat back. sounds sublime

    Hi my gsi is running a Courtney panel filter with the air box mod for performance, the irmscher quad exhaust with a powerflow center taking out cat and silencer. I spoke to someone at piper or kent cams who can reprofile my cams for £295 which is next on my list. Then after that its big stuff really like turbo or supercharging.

    oh and a lightened flywheel is a must because the standard one is really heavy!!! just i havent found one yet??

    I want some sounds too. So I was wondering if they liked a cone, so I take it they do?? I had a VR6 about 10 years ago and that sounded great!! Do you think you got any gain from that??

    Did Kent or piper say what the mileage limit on the cam being able to be profiled was due to wear?? Turbo's would be an easier option than supercharging due to space.

    Mine is an auto so no need to sort the flywheel out meaning more penny's to go else where!! Is it posible to change the flywheel, aren't they dual mass??
