fuel problem

eny one on here got a diagram of the fuel system on a veccy 1.9cdti 8v

as ive got slite problem


morning start wait for glow plug light to go out start car turn over and over et et on and on
go drive for what ever lenth off time turn off car and restart it it will start no problem

if i wait for light to go out and wait till buzzing sound coming from boot stop it will start no problem at all

so im thinking its fuel leak or air geting in or seals gone but o what i down now hence diagram would be great if someone could help

Which part of the fuel system do you want a pic for? The wiring for the pump in the fuel tank, or stuff for the ECU etc?

I can get them off TIS2000.

Agree it sounds like a failed seal and air getting in so fuel is draining back. There are a number of 'quick release' joints in the fuel system. I have had some fail on mine and have replaced them by either cutting them off and jubilee clipping the pipe up, or having to replace sections of fuel pipe with new, but again jubilee clipping the joints. Use decent clips, not the 'pound shop' ones if you're doing this.
