Used to use Dynamat when entering SPL and SQL+ comps. It's not the cheapest, but is the thinnest and lighest for the soundproofing properties you get from it.

The Sprays are rubbish, but the self adhesive matting is easy to apply but a right so and so to get back off again.

Depends on your set up in the car to be honest, I never used to get too emotional about the doors, more the boot floor and rear wings, as they tend to resonate alot.

If you've got the door cards off to replace the OE speakers then it is worth doing.

If you are running a seperate sub in the boot and only sending Mid/high range to the interior speakers, then concentrate on the boot first.

I see, getting the best from what you have etc.

    Try something like this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Dynamat-Superl...item27ba55e946

It should be sufficient for two doors, i'm sure you may be able to find it cheaper if you hunt around.

Looks ok to me, I have always used Dynamat and swear by it, but that is only a preference..... and i was sponsored by them for a time, along with Rockford Fosgate and JBL (who both endorse Dynamat).

The speakers look good enough, are you suffering from any vibration from the new speakers, or are you just considering upping the quality of the sound that you get?

All the best with it matey, let me know how you get on.
